black heads are really not nice on a girls face so if you have any fruit, herbs recipes that will let them go away please write it down

The best way to beat black-heads Is with steam.



Put boiling water Into a large bowl.... cover your head with a towel and hold your head just above bowl so the steam can get to work. Try to hold your head over the steam for a good 15 minutes and then Immediately gently squeeze the black-heads. If you have any stubborn one's, do not force them but repeat the steaming the next day until you can gently sqeeze them out.

Black-heads are caused by excess oli so avoide greasy face creames. After steaming your face and squeezing the black-heads, do not apply face creame but an astringent to close the pores... a general face toner will do this.
