Bodies of three 11-year-old boys found in Hiroshima river

HIROSHIMA —



The bodies of three 11-year-old boys were found floating in a river in Hiroshima early Friday, police said.



Naito Tanaka, Shun Moriyama and Keita Tsurui, who were sixth graders at the same elementary school and lived in the same neighborhood, had been missing since Thursday evening and were found around 12:40 a.m. Friday near a bridge, police said. Their bodies showed no external signs of injury, they said.



Police had been looking for them at their families’ request, and their bicycles were found in a park on the riverside, they said.
