Books you can't get into

I am currently trying to read The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo by Stieg Larsson. I don't know what it is about this book but I just cannot get into it. I know that EE read this as well so perhaps he can let us know what he thought of the book.

@Jazzy: I tried to read that one too

In the 18 years that I've lived, I've only read and finished 2 books that I found really interesting. The lack of visual/aural stimulation makes it so much harder to get into a book, thus I lose concentration and eventually put the book down

The Similarion. I kinda wanna give it another try, but Tolkien's writing style is exasperating.

Well, I really only read it because I had nothing else to read at the time. Not the sorta thing I usually read. (Same reason I read some of Ken Follett's work.)

There're some things I don't like about it. Like how everyone seems to use IE... for Mac no less.

However, I do like a good murder mystery and the book was interesting enough.
