This was very popular back in the 80’s. It’s a form of street dance. It involves being very athletic. It almost reminds me of Parkour, just set to music & you stay in one place versus moving around a course. When I did a search, it still remains popular in some areas.
Have you tried it? I will admit I don’t care for dancing & cannot imagine doing all the moves this sort of dance requires. However, you have to give respect where respect is due at the ingenuity.
