Two British women have reportedly been raped while camping on the Caribbean island of St Lucia.
The women were attacked by six masked men earlier this month on a beach in the north east of the country, according to the St Lucia Star newspaper.
A Foreign Office spokeswoman said: We can confirm an incident involving two British nationals in St Lucia. We have offered consular assistance.
The attack took place last Tuesday.
