Brittany Murphy died on the morning of Dec 20th after she went into full cardiac arrest and could not be revived.

She was 32.

A 911 call was made at 8:00 AM from a home in Los Angeles.

Murphy was taken to the hospital where she was pronounced dead on arrival. Her time of death was listed as 10:04 AM.

Murphy starred in such films as Clueless, 8 Mile, Girl Interrupted, and Don't Say a Word.

She's been in a lot of movies and tv shows. She was also the voice of Luanne (bobby's hot cousin that lived with them) on King of the Hill.

Yeah from perscriptions too. Just like Michael Jackson and Heath Ledger

That's sad. I know that some prescription drugs do not go well together and can cause issues. I've personally known it to happen. Someone in my family was medicated for a variety of problems. It was all controlled by her doctor. She died of something that was quite unusual for someone with her circumstances. When I looked up the illness which she died of on the internet, it said that a combination of prescription drugs could cause also it.

Yeah and around here if you have money and the right doctor, you can get the most powerful pills in the world. Great to really f**k you up if thats what you are into.. But you'd better be careful.

No doctor should be able to prescribe drugs that they know are not safe just cause someone can pay.

But I think sometimes it's just lack of knowledge. Not that it excuses it. My relative suffered a lot in her last hours.

I believe it.. Quite a few people in my family have a whole pharmacy in their medicine cabinet.

My mom's doctor used to give her whatever she wanted.. I had to call the ambulance a few times when she accidently took too much

My nan (the person I mentioned in the other posts) she had a couppe of separate problems. She was medicated for those problems but it's like noone found out if the drugs she was on could react with each other. She didnt even go begging for medication....she had problems and they tried to treat them....it's just a shame that they didnt look closer into what they were doing.

She was only 68 when she died, same age as my granddad was.

I was a teenager when my granddad died. Until then, I'd never really thought about age n stuff, but when my granddad died, I realised how young 68 is to die. It's not that old really.

So to hear of people dying in their 30s......it's just awful.

My fiance's best friend died a couple of years ago. He was only 34. It's just shocking. That's no age at all.
