The ones in Assassin's Creed Unity have been very hilarious, especially the disappearing faces (with eyeballs intact) and interrupting NPCs.

When I played Skyrim. I saw all sorts of glitches and experienced the game freezing up on my PS3 and having to restart the console because I couldn't exit out of the game.
