Well my day sucked. I woke up early this morning to go to traffic court for a speeding ticket I got. I walk outside and find my tire flat. So I put on the spare and get to court late. Luckily I made it in the courtroom before the judge came in (the bailiff was just explaining things, he yelled at me though). So I wait my turn and the judge calls me up to ask me how I plead. I say guilty and she reduces the fine to $100 (was going to be nearly $300 if I didnât go into court). After that I stood in this long line that went around the building to pay the fine. They only window open for people to pay. I was in line for nearly an hour. Finally got out of there and went to the electric company to pay my electricity bill. After that I went home for lunch and to change into my work clothes. Then I take my Comcast cable box and modem in to their office to return the equipment so they donât charge me for it. After that I go to the tire shop to get a used tire (they are cheaper). Luckily they had one. New ones cost a lot more.
Apparently I put the lug nuts on backwards when I put the spare on this morning and could have killed myself according to the guy who put my new tire on. Oops. Then I finally make it into work, already tired from running around all day, and still have 6 and half hours left to go.
