Called the Police

Have you ever had to call the police? What did you call them for?

I once called the police, because the old lady next door wasn't around, all her lights were on, the curtains were closed and the her dogs were barking and whining. I was genuinely worried about her.



It turned out she had gone away for a day or two and never said anything to me. She had arranged to have the dogs looked after by someone, who had left the lights on and the curtains drawn.



I don't think she was too impressed when the police broke in to make sure everything was alright.

I volunteer with them so I often call them regarding that which also involving calling police units over the radio

I have called the police to report dangerous driving before too.

I've called the police one time, because of a fight between some people.

I called 911 before when my mom and dad were fighting (when I was little). My dad beat the crap out of me after he found out I was the one who called them and made him spend the night in jail.

I called the police dept. once when there was a number that kept calling me trying to get my medical information and medications I take, claiming to work with companies like Walgreens, CVS, etc. After calling them, never heard from that number again.

Once when o woman was knocked out over her steering wheel at a park and parked wit the acceleration pedal stomped, so there was smoke eveerywhere we found out she high and was arrested

I have called the police several times for various reasons.

Not me, but my aunt called the police after my mum punched her (my aunt is a bitch, horrible woman) My mum was drunk but my aunt made out that she was crazy so the police sent her into a mental home. Horrible expirence.

Never, I probably should have on some occasions, but they don't do anything about it anyway.
