Type of Graphic: Forum Banner
Size in pixels: 700x150 - not totally sure on this. I'd ideally like the banner to go the length of the forums (which are 'fluid' - NOT fixed - further clarification on this can be provided at the designer's request)

Okay, so if you click on my forum, you'll notice how I don't have a banner. I've spent our first 5+ months without one - I think now's definitely the time to get one lol! If somebody can help me out, I'd be really ecstatic. My site is an entertainment based forum, and I really need a cool banner to put at the top. My budget is very small, so it will take a kind hearted person to help me out! Anything else you require, just ask in here?
Ideally, I'd like it to be so that Vanity Edge is in big font, and going across about 80% of the length of the banner. Then underneath that in smaller font should be our phrase (Your #1 Source For Entertainment) and then next to all of that (about 20% of the length should remain) will be our mascot, who we've yet to decided on
