Can Anyone Help Me!

Way back, I don't know how many years I read a short story about a boy and (I believe) his little brother who had heart trouble. The only thing I can remember about the story is that the boy couldn't run and in the end his brother (tired of his little brother tagging along) took off running in an effort to leave him behind. The big brother looked behind him to find his little brother was not following. He ran back along the path and found his little brother had collapsed dead from his heart giving out after he tried to run after him...



That's all I can remember from the story. If anyone could help me out I would greatly appreciate it...

Yea I know... it made me cry when I first read it.



I've tried searching for it, but not knowing the title or the author makes it very very hard...
