I love caramelized onions. I actually add them to a lot of things. Such as stir fry's mashed potatoes, hashbrowns and many other dishes. I like the taste of onions and love to add them to almost any dish but caramelized onions tend to be a huge hit and people love them.

I do love them. For me, they pair well over chicken, breasts or tenders, and steak. Or even added to rice or vegetables.
