Not quite that tight of a space, but I've been down in several, including one in Virginia that is along the faultline that caused that quake a few years ago.

I would love to hear more of your experiences.
I've been watching documentaries lately such as the Nutty Putty incident as well as YouTube videos where they crawl & drag themselves thru very tight spaces. It's pretty terrifying to watch.
