What cereal did you grow up on? What cereal did your parents buy for you the most? Do you still eat that cereal often, or everyday?

Count Chocula, Cocoa Puffs, Cocoa Pebbles (noticing a trend?)

I still indulge in the occasional bowl of Cocoa Pebbles, but I'm more of a Golden Grahams teddy bear, now.

We always seemed to have Kix and Frosted Mini Wheats on hand when I was kid.

Captain Crunch and Cheerios. Once in awhile I will buy Cheerios.

I wasn't a big fan of the sugar cereals.

I liked Raisin Bran, Total, and some of the others like that.

I fondly remember eating the big biscuits of Shredded Wheat with my grandfather.


How many of today's packaged cereals have an ingredient panel that looks like this:
