Check twice

What do you always check twice even though you know you've done it?

My alarm before I go to bed. I will check it two or three times, even though I know for a fact that I set it earlier in the day. I cannot remember the last time I have been late for anything...

I check my mail twice because some times they come early and at times they come late. I also check to see if all doors to my house are locked; sometimes I forget if I locked the door or not.

At home:

The fridge. Sometimes I just wander over there knowing exactly what I have, but I look again as if something else that looks delicious will magically appear.

At work:

Several things all the time because I've learned the hard way and am now almost paranoid if I don't check things like sizes, change, etc.
