Cheeeky whale plays 'Boo' with children

The beluga whale repeated charges towards the children, suddenly opening its mouth as if it was planning to eat them, or at least say: 'Boo!'.

At one stage it even turns its back on the youngsters - before suddenly spinning back round in the water and scaring them again.

This elicited screams from the young siblings who jumped back, but time and time again they returned to be scared again.

The whale was clearly having fun with the boy and girl - but they also appeared to enjoy the encounter at the Mystic Aquarium, in Connecticut.

A video of the incident has notched up tens of thousands of hits on YouTube. The fun and game start from around the 54 second mark.
