So, I love to spread cheese on my baguette and other breads. A cheese platter is enough for me personally. With a nice wine to wash it down, it's even better. And you personally?

Well, yes the word is literally quince in Spanish but normally it's used not just to refer to the fruit, but it's a thick jelly/paste that comes in a block. Sticky, sweet and yummy.
