Police are warning an 86-year-old cheesemaker she may face legal action if she supplies Gloucester's famous annual cheese-rolling event.

I read about this. I understand people have been injured in the past, but still...

Maybe people should just avoid the huge rolling cheese heading towards them?

Mrs Smart, who has made cheese for the event for 25 years, said police had warned her she could be regarded as responsible if anybody was injured.

How could she be held responsible when all she does is make the cheese? This is a crock of crap. These police are lazy and just don't feel like dealing with all the people who show up.
