I love them, but I buy them instead of making them

To answer the question, I love chicken nuggets but don't eat them much anymore because of the whole health thing. Of course the next question is what dipping sauce do you use? My fave is sweet and sour.

Oh well, 90% of chicken nuggest are made this way so here you go, watch this and you'll know how to make them! Take every edible part of a chick and cut it off. Then through those edible parts in the dumster.
Every other bit (bones and all) use a grinder and grind it all up. Take the strainer and get out the soft moosh. Then take a chunk and fry it up.
There you have it! A chicken nugget that will taste exactly like the kinds they serve in schools.

I just chop up chicken breast into smaller pieces then get out the shake and bake (coating mix).. Then I put the little pieces in the oven for a while.
