Choose to be gay / straight?

Tough one to answer. I mean, I can't grasp the concept of being able to like another guy. I can't wrap my head around it. Not to make myself sound ignorant here. Everyone is different and have the right to like whatever, or whoever they want. I just can't understand it... if that makes sense?

I don't think it's a choice.

Otherwise, why would someone want to subjugate themselves to so much insult and ridicule? In many societies, they are hated as much as devil-like entities. In addition, homosexuality has been observed in nature, and is, at least in my opinion, there to act as a countermeasure for overpopulation.

I dont really think its a choice. You cant help how you feel for someone. Love is love. Attraction is attraction. It's really more of a primal instinct that your brain can't control.

I don't care how the deity creates you in terms of sexual orientation, you have to love your own gender or the other gender.
