Did your family ever send out Christmas cards? Or did you ever get some from friends or other family members? We never gave out cards, but some of my extended family would every once in a while. My wife gets a card from one of her old coworkers every year.

I still got to order some Christmas cards yet. But that not to send anyway but give them in my hands.

My family never did, when I got old enough I gave some to my grandparents but thats about it. I find the idea of paying money for something that will be viewed once and tossed a waste.

Not always, I mean I or some will keep them than years later they might come across them and read the card and have their memories come to them.

I forgot to mention I have a friend who makes Christmas cards every year. They're typically based around Pokemon since it's his favorite franchise of all time. (Or at least the ones he makes for my wife and I are, since he knows we like the franchise too. :V) He's also got his own character he's made too and every once in a while he makes cards based around his character. (If you look up Grumplecakes, that's the character my friend created. xD)

When I was in primary school, we always gave out Christmas cards to the other kids in my class and they would usually give some out to everyone as well. Glad that ended in High school though. We usually give out a Christmas card to close family members but that might change this year. We've all come to the conclusion that it's just a waste especially as it ends up in the trash within a few days.

It has been many years since I gave Christmas cards. Most of the time, I just send them e-Christmas cards.
