Lots of people get tired of Christmas/Holiday music very quickly. What about you? Are you a fan?

Any favorites?

How about ones you can't stand?

Personally, Elvis Presley's Christmas Album is a staple for me and always will be.

I love Christmas music! The older songs. I can't stand the slaughtered remakes of them however but I do like some of the modern ones. Let's see.

I love Christmas music! My favourite song is Carol of the Bells. I currently have a playlist with 21 different versions.

A few other favourites are Boney M Christmas, Trans Siberian Orchestra - Christmas Eve and Other Stories, and Lost Christmas Eve, and anything by Pentatonix,

I have an ambiguous relationship with the holiday itself anymore, but there's plenty of Christmas music I still like. This is actually a new one from this year, the title track from Dark Christmas by Finnish singer-songwriter Tarja.



And her take on "All I Want for Christmas is You", which i much prefer to Carey's (in fact, I used to be very meh on the song until I heard Tarja do it). Yes, it goes off into a metal-ish direction. Tarja is best known for symphonic metal, starting her career as the original lead singer of the band Nightwish.

I've grown weary of a lot of Christmas music because it's one of the few things that calms my mother down when she's upset, so most of what I used to enjoy I now can't stand, lol.
