Claw Machines

Have you ever won anything from a claw machine? How much do you usually spend? Try once and give up or keep trying?



Today I won 2 prizes (a stuffed pink cat and a stuffed pink duck billed platypus) for my daughter with a single turn. The claw picked up 2 toys at the same time.

I was like

...never done that before.

Usually the toys slip out of the claw and I try again until I get too frustrated and walk off all angry.

I tried a claw machine at the county fair once. I forgot how much it cost me but I tried twice and nada. I knew it was rigged somehow and I just walked away disgusted that I wasted my money.

I'll try them if there is something in it I like. I usually don't spend more than a dollar, unless I was really close the last time and would just need one more try to pick it up.
