Cloud Hosting?

Does anyone use Cloud VPS Hosting? I'm meaning where you can just click a few buttons and within 10 minutes, you can have a VPS trial without paying a cent? Or do you prefer traditional hosting:?

I myself am using AWS for TO so I like the idea but everyone is different.

TO is on VPS hosting but it's in the Cloud.

I try to host using dedicated boxes.
Virtual machines have a lot of limitations for my specific applications.
