Good news! After seven months of hibernation, the first probe ever landed on a comet has come back to life. On Sunday morning, the European Space Agency announced that it was back in contact with little Philae. It seems that the little lander that could has actually been collecting data for some time now, and has only just soaked up enough sun to power communications with Earth. Now the lander is set to make observations of its comet during its thrilling encounter with the sun, which could help us learn new things about the very earliest days in our solar system's history.
