Computer Posture

Do you use the correct posture when on the computer?

I don't normally sit at a desk when using my laptop. Normally it's in my 'lap', on the armrest of the couch or on my stomach (when I'm lying down in bed).

I sit at a desk when using the main computer.



However I can't 'sit properlly' It really hurts my back. Managers at work always used to go on about the correct way of sitting. No thank you I would rather be comfortable.
