What is the difference between confidence and arrogance?

Confidence is a good thing. Arrogance is not.

Agreed. Confidence is also just believing in yourself, but also like Smooth said about being able to do certain things. Arrogance is when it crosses the line into making a point to rub it in people's faces, and showing it off, putting it above everything else.
