Are you more likely to avoid conflict or engage it head-on? Do yourself being involved in lots of conflicts and drama in life?
 
Conflicts depend on the situation with me. Most of the time, I will walk away before engaging in one. At work, however, it's a different situation. It's my job a crew leader to diffuse any conflicts swiftly and fairly.
