How do you control your anger and frustration in a video game?

I finish the match (if multiplayer) and turn off the game.

Video game time is my fun time. If I'm not having fun, it's time to step away for a bit.

Same, when it goes over my head i just turn off my computer and do something else.

It's been a while since i've done that lol.

Usually, the only time I get upset is when playing Rocket League and matchmaking pairs me with someone who clearly isn't having a good day. I usually switch games or stop playing.

This.

If the game isn't fun then you need to take a break from it.

I'll just stop playing it and then go out for a smoke and then occupy my time with something else afterwards. No point letting something that's meant to be fun get to you.

I quit playing video games mainly. I have an online game on my pc that get on every great great once in a while. I mostly put gaming on hiatus because it became a very stressful chore. I began to get horrible anxiety from it. So it was just time to move on to something else.

Damn, you must even stop Facebook gaming also, right? what do you do by not getting bored?

We all play games at one point or going to play again.
