i enjoy it all but a good ole fashioned bbq with ribs on the grill or grilled chicken...

Lasagna with a side of sausage and meatballs.

We always cook something different, it's what our friends like because they never know what to expect they are rarely disappointed.

Lasagna Florentine (spinach, instead of meat, based) or Creamy Peanut Sauced Chicken (EZ recipe that mixes peanut butter with Cream of Chicken soup for a heavenly sauce).

Weather-permitting, throwing steaks on the BBQ is always a go-to. I've found it's a good excuse for beer/umbrella drinks, too.
