I cooked out a lot last summer. Some claim that it can be unhealthy if you overly char your food. I don't care about that. I like to cook marinated chicken, kabobs, burgers, ribs, etc... :inlove:

Our communal grill last season had clay briquets but the new grill they installed doesn't have them. Seems to work well regardless. Its gas BTW.

I think the best way to cook is w/ charcoal or wood but I don't have that luxury in my apartments right now.

anyone here into grilling or looking forward to it?

I cook out as often as I can. I tried cooking with lump coal (charred wood chips) but found it too difficult to regulate the amount to use. I went back to using Hickory Charcoal and all is good now!

I just think everything just tastes so much better when cooked outside.

I have a gas bbq.

Love cooking fish, zucchini and thinly sliced potatoes! :P

For the most part ..I am a vego .. so that's bout as interesting as things get for meee :P

i still need to cook a fish on the grill. i see some places carry fish grilling-type holders. they're like wire mesh.

I don't own one, I do have a George Foreman Grill but It's not the same.

I might get one of those white cloth chef hats that chefs wear in the kitchen and wear it out at the grill
