So I suspected this for w very long time. I started a new position at the beginning of this year. My coworkers hate me and are all two faced and won't say anything. They aren't even hiding it anymore. Being nasty and sarcastic to me and changing my schedule completely and not telling me. Plus someone (who I assume doesn't hate me) told me that they do but wouldn't tell me why.

My question is should I try to find out why I am hated to try to fix it or say fuck them and just be a dick back?

I would ask the manager to arrange a meeting where all of you could sit down and discuss what their problem is with you. For all you know, it might just be some kind of misunderstanding that could easily be corrected. If you say fuck them and start being a dick back, you're going to be the odd man out. They obviously have some problem with you and that behavior would only get you fired.

The other solution is to start looking for another job. Grin and bear what's going on until you can get the hell out of there.

You're there for a paycheck, not to be everyone's friend. If it becomes to hostile and uncomfortable, I would talk to HR.

Talk to HR. Changing your schedule and not notifying you can get them in trouble as long as you can prove it. Don't take things into your own hands, just let someone with the authority to investigate or do something about it handle the situation. As much as it may suck, you don't want to make yourself look just as pathetic and idiotic as those people who are bullying you.
