Whose responsibility do you think it is to create new forum topics?

  • Do you think it should be the sole responsibility of the staff?
  • Do you think it should be the sole responsibility of members?
  • Do you think it should be an equal responsibility of both staff and members?

Staff should be posting topics to keep fresh conversation going. Members shouldn't be shy when it comes to posting new topics but I don't think anyone expects it of them.

Staff should lead by example and post new interesting topics. Members will eventually follow suit.

I think it's mostly the responsibility of the staff since the staff want more members to join and to be active so they need to set an example and keep things active. Though I believe that members should participate a bit as well because the website isn't only for the staff but for the members as well.

Staff should be posting new topics to keep members active and interested... Giving them something to do is what keeps them active, without topics you won't have members...

everyones responsibility, id say more members than staff...............staffs job is to police the place

I often start topics on forums I am not staff on. I have done 200 on one forum. :3 Still counting though.

Anyhow on my forum it's whoever wants to post. I do not really care if Arthur or Martha posts.
