I only have one credit card that I use for business expenses only. I opened my current statement and saw a charge for $236.32 to some place named Game Town. I immediately called my credit card company to report this. Their fraud department looked into this further and determined that video games had been charged. I do not play video games or give them as gifts. It appears someone got a hold of my card number and used it for this purchase. I had to cancel my business card and was issued a credit for the $236.32. Thank goodness my credit card company believed me and I wasn't stuck paying that bill.

If you use a credit card, I can't emphasize enough to check every charge on your statement.

To the bastard that used my card: It won't be long before the police come a knocking on your door. Hope it was worth it you slime bucket!

It would cost more than that for the company to investigate the charges and track down the purchaser and press charges.

Most likely, the cost was written off as a loss by the company and will be taken off on their end of year taxes, so... you're still paying for it.

Don't know about that since they told me it was for video game purchases and they have the order number code.
