Do you think credit card companies should be more selective to whom they give credit cards to? Do you think thats one reason why the economy is so bad? People being issued cards to spend money that they will never pay back.. That sort of thing..

Credit card companies check your credit report before issuing a credit card. The problem isn't with the credit card companies it's with the people who abuse the card and cannot pay it back on time. The only way to build up your credit score (for bank loans) is to be responsible with your credit card. I only have two credit cards and I only charge the amount I know I can pay in full when the bills come in. I always pay cash but keep the credit cards to keep my score count up.
Don't have one... And aiming never to get one either.
