Dad teaches daughter about gun safety… then accidentally shoots her

A dad gave his daughter a lesson in gun safety recently she will surely never forget.

Police were called to a house in Florida after a fire-arm was discharged on Sunday evening, hitting a 12-year-old girl in the arm.

Officers say the girl’s father accidentally shot her while trying to teach her about gun safety.

The girl was taken to hospital however they say she is in a stable condition, while the father was questioned at the scene.

Neighbor Kara Perez said she heard a loud bang, before seeing a young girl with her lower arm in a bandage leaving the house with paramedics 10 minutes later.

Perez said the girl’s face showed she was ‘in pain’.

A police spokesman has confirmed the case will be sent to the State Attorney’s Office to determine possible charges.

Looks like this idiot broke every rule there is in his "firearms safety class".
