I find it really helpful when I check in with myself at the end of the day to always balance my low moments with the positive ones I experienced. So that's what this thread is about.

List one thing that went wrong, or something you might be upset about, it really can be anything of the sort.
But along with that low, list something good that happened to you today, something that may have made it better. :)

I'll start:

Low - I had no motivation so I didn't get anything on my to-do list accomplished
High - I got accepted into an online coding/design school which made me feel better
 
I'm constantly on a downward spiral with brief peaks, so I understand threads like these quite well, a good choice.

High -- I've been re-prioritizing my life over the past few days, solved a few of my problems, gotten myself into a slightly better headspace and got myself back on track with my medications.

Low -- A good friend gave up on me a couple of days ago after I apparently did or said something unforgivable and I have yet to figure out what I've done. That's had me in a really down mood since it happened.
