Are you a good dancer? Have you ever been to a school dance or a public place where people are dancing? Do you like dancing?

I was forced to "dance" with my oldest daughter at her wedding in May.

I made a valiant attempt, and then waved her new husband out to relieve me of that duty for the duration of the song.

And ended up in severe pain and having to see two different doctors the following week.

In less than two minutes of dancing, my bad knee exploded, causing me to limp severely for a couple of days, which threw my back out.

So, to the orthopedist and chiropractor I went.

But, as a father, if my youngest requests the same thing, I shall do it again. Probably to the same ends.

I love to dance! The pub has line dancing competitions once a month. My partner (who's in 70's) and I have won several times. Great fun and excellent exercise at the same time!
