Dead Snow of the 24th(Preview)

Well, I'm not gonna make the Reaper's Symphony novels yet, as I've still got this novel to work on. Originally conceived as something to test my writing skills, I've decided to continue on with it.



Anyways, all I'm gonna show off is the prologue for now.(Chapters 1-4 are in the rewriting stage right now.)

Not a bad start to a story.



But you're doing something that I did and then got in trouble with the editor lady over it.



Switching from Narrator (third person) to First Person will give editors a case of the Fantods.

Well, it's my novel, after all. That first part is intentionally in third person, to give a sense of mystery.

Readers might think, Who is this creep? and Who is this poor girl?.



It's up to the readers to find out later.

Of course, I need to continue writing it, though.

I'm keeping references to a minimum.



Chapter 1 is down pretty solid so far, but I think I've got Chapter 2 almost down solid too.



By down solid or solid,I mean that a chapter is up to the point where stuff is fleshed out well and there's nary a grammar error.

It's probably a good thing to keep references to a minimum though, should age better.
