What an incredible video! Those poor herring really don't stand much of a chance of survival. They are being attacked from the bottom and the top! I give a lot of credit to the diver/cameraman as I wouldn't want to be anywhere near this bait ball. Good opportunity, however, for fishermen in the area. All they need to do is scoop up the herring with nets. Thank you for posting this for us!
