Did you ever go to college?

Yes. I went for six years in total for a Bachelor's and Master's degree.

I'm the same except mine was 5 years cuz my Master's was only for 1 year. I was pretty good in my Bachelor's years. During my Master's I was struggling a lot because a lot of factors.

No, I chose to just start working.

no.

it used to bother me too because everyone I knew had, or was thinking about it

but now I don't care much. it is what it is

Yes, I have major in Electrical engineering and computing.

Yes, I have a masters degree...meh.

I did a little bit.

It wasn't an ideal situation though. Without getting into it too much, my years from 2014 til about 2018 were very messy years. I had a lot of issues with depression and anxiety, and they had never been properly handled. I couldn't drive a car and I'm not exactly part of a city where public transportation is readily available (it is, in fact, unavailable). I did a lot of walking then. I had a lot of problems and, really, I didn't have any guidance on how to overcome them.

In 2016, I met my wife and, that year, I started working on the night shift. These were important factors in my growth as a person. The night shift allowed me a chance to have a job that I wasn't constantly having panic attacks with. In 2018 or whenever, I moved out on my own (with my girlfriend, mind you). In 2021, I became licensed. For my independence and overall happiness, I believe this was what "brought it all together" for me.

Now, for the most part, I'm pretty "normal". I've officially checked all the boxes on how to live as a functional, independent person.

I've talked about it and, I might go back to college for coding or graphic design, as they're both things I'm above-average at (for someone who wouldn't consider himself a coder or graphic designer). But, we will see. There are a lot of other things I want to do, and, really, I've never really liked school, per se.

Sounds like you figured things out!
