A small fishing village in Scotland was covered in a strange and foamy substance after a strong and powerful storm whipped up the sea, sending the foam into town. The village of Footdee was covered in a brownish foam early on Tuesday, and strong winds whipped the foam into the town, covering houses, cars, roads, and sidewalks, over people's thighs in some neighborhoods.
