Probably Fate Testarossa from Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha. Why? I'd really like to know about her life outside of the Time and Space Administration Bureau... of course, that's assuming I can pull her away from Nanoha long enough to have said dinner with her. I think she's only got eyes for Nanoha. LOL
