There are many versions, but that is my take on pasta salad, and I hope I didn't forget anything. Haha

There are many versions, but that is my take on pasta salad, and I hope I didn't forget anything. Haha
Ingredients:
- Celery
- Carrot
- Peppers: red, green, yellow
- Spring onions
- Pasta (the best pasta to use is rotini or fusilli)
- Crab
- Prawns/Shrimp
- Mayonnaise
- Black ground pepper
- Salt
- Cut the vegetables into Julienne strips, ensuring they are shorter than the pasta.
- Cook the pasta until al dente, then allow it to cool to room temperature.
- Season the pasta with salt and pepper according to your taste preferences.
- Add the pre-cut vegetables, ensuring an even distribution, and mix thoroughly.
- Introduce the crab, prawns/shrimp.
- Gradually add mayonnaise, being mindful not to overdo it initially. Adjust the quantity later if needed.
- Refrigerate the salad. Check after a few hours, adjusting the mayonnaise if necessary. Stir well for an even dressing distribution.
- For optimal flavour, consider preparing the salad a day in advance
