Do you normally buy DLC content to get the expansions and extra costumes?

Or do you just play the game as is? :|

I typically play the game as-is unless it's an add-on to the story and if it offers a couple more hours of gameplay.  Like The Last of Us's Left Behind or Assassin's Creed: Unity's Dead Kings. I find shelling out money for costumes and weapons a waste of $$$.

This.

Although tbh I usually just download the stuff. Perk of being a PC gamer I guess.

Yeah. One DLC I have was Hearthfire for Skyrim, I thought it would be like The Sims where you can customize your own home, but I was sorely disappointed.

My brother bought the DLCs for Dark Souls 1 and 2. I've played and completed the DLC for Dark Souls 1, but didn't even bother with the DLC for Dark Souls 2 due to how much I despise that game.

I do have Sims 3: Pets on PS3, but that was a disc.

If it contains new content yes, definitely. If it's just new looks or overpowered weapons then no, rly not worth the money.

I still prefer full blown expansions though.

Mainly I just play the game as is. Some DLC content is unneeded and or just weapon skins or new costumes.
