Do people have to spend a lot of money to relax?

Some people spend a lot of money to relax, like going to bars, traveling to a certain place, etc. I think it is not practical to do these things.

Nope, not when you don't even have the luxury to spend such money. I would prefer that one find out free shows , events and celebration to attend to enjoy self

No, you only need to spend little money or no money at all to relax. You may listen to some relaxing music on YouTube which is free of charge. You may chat with friends or go out for a walk.
