If not, what are some things you need to work on to get healthier?

I think we all could eat better and exercise more. So that is one for me, for starters.

No.

I really need to start Nordic Walking again.
I want to get my kinect set up at mums so I can do some fitness games at the weekend.
Started eating tinned fruit at work instead of a sandwich and crisps at lunch. I munch my way through a tin the whole day
Started drinking more water but need to get through more at work. Have a 1.5 ltr bottle at work that I try and finish. I don't really drink that much when I get home.
Drink less beer.

Not really. I don't get much in way of movement.

Whatever bar you set yourself, I guess.

you had to know that was coming......

I consider myself healthy. Well, healthy to most standards. I work out every day for an hour. I eat all the food groups. Had to get used to drinking water as I really don't drink anything during the day other than my one cup of coffee in the morning. I now drink 8 glasses of water throughout the day. If anything, I need to maybe stop my one cup of coffee in the morning BUT that's not going to happen any time soon. :coffee:

To say the truth, no. I need to reduce the amount of eggs (I usually eat 6 eggs per week), the amount of sodas I drink per week and do more exercise.

Right now, I lack exercise the most - it's going to get a bit better though next month that I move further from the center of the village. I don't drive and I don't have a bicycle so I walk everywhere except taking the bus to the next town. I should eat more vegetables and nuts, cut down sugary drinks, instead drink water and eat fresh fruits - as the liquid of foods counts toward the amount of water you should have during the day, otherwise you end up flushing vitamins and minerals out of your body if you drink too much. Or so I've read. And take my magnesium, vitamin D daily. Lastly I should quit or at least cut down smoking.
