There are people who believe that eating more dinner can make them gain weight. As a person, do you have such a mindset or believe that it is something that is possible?

Eating dinner won’t necessarily make your waistline bigger, as long as you don’t overeat and stay within your daily calorie needs.
The idea that dinner alone causes weight gain is mostly a myth.

The real issue is that many people are less active in the evening. After work, they come home, eat, and then relax on the couch or watch TV before going to bed, so they don’t burn many calories. In this situation, dinner can contribute to weight gain, but it really comes down to overall calorie intake.
A lot of people also tend to snack throughout the day, which adds up.
Managing all this isn’t always easy, but that’s the reality.

Personally, I rarely skip dinner it’s usually my heaviest meal in terms of calories. Since I often stay up late, I need something that keeps me full longer.
Lately, I’ve been more mindful of my eating habits, mostly because I’m getting older and more concerned about my health.
But having late dinners and being less active at night was never really an issue for my weight and it still isn’t.

It all comes down to staying within your daily calorie needs.

I eat dinner every night. Unless I've got a lot going on or if I'm sick, then maybe not.
