How does your work usually affect you when you're at your workplace and when you're back home? Do you always feel exhausted because of the nature of the job or it's something that doesn't put so much stress on you.

Have this ever made start considering leaving the job?

I work a desk job so it's more like mental exhaustion for me. Some nights when I get home I feel burnt out.

When I'm home, I leave work at work. It's over and done. No need to bring it home with me no matter what has happened. When I'm at work, I like to just think of it as me just getting a paycheck and nothing else because if not I would stress myself out completely be it customers or coworkers. I think, sometimes, I'm more mentally exhausted due mainly to management/coworkers. They make the job annoying and more difficult than it really needs to be. Customers, angry or not, come and go.

Everyone can feel exhausted with their work. For some, it might be physical, for others, it might be mental exhaustion. I've felt myself like that. But I can't just give up, I keep going.

Not right now - although, it probably helps that I just had a 4-day weekend!
