Do you ever look at a homeless person and ask yourself questions about how it was that they became homeless?

Do you ever think about it? Why or why not?

I spent over ten years working as on site staff at a homeless shelter.

There are almost as many reasons for being homeless as their are people that are homeless.

Yes, addiction, mental illness, and up front poor decision making lead the way, but after that, the contributing factors include everything you can think of, and, likely, a lot that you will never think of.
